Hello!!
So. Yesturday was our all school swimming carnival. Yeah.
It was really bizarre, because usually I’m someone who dreads the annual sports days and swimming carnivals.
This is for a few reasons:- a) I only know two people in my house, and only one of them goes to the events.
b) you spend most of the days sitting around doing not much except the occasional race (unless you’re fortunate enough to have friends in your house)
c) your house captains spend all their time harrassing you to go in races that are already full.
But this carnival was fun. I don’t know why. Maybe because I had a friend in the house situated next to mine.
Or maybe because of the time my friend and I spent cheering for our friends in the other teams. I can’t think of anything else. I went in breaststroke and lose by half a lap, same as last year. I had my name down for freestyle but wasn’t able to go in it because there wasn’t enough room, same as last year.
Go figure.
I just heard the best song on Rage this morning. Sugababes ‘Ugly’. It’s really good. I love the lyrics.
Lalalalala. I should go.

its kita and i absaloutly love the song ugly coz its sooo true. people r different but sum more so than others, glad u had fun at swimming but michael, david, henry and i also had fun at tennis and michael fell flat on his bottom coz he tried to jump the net.

I conquer with you, i am usually one who dreads sport orientated carnivals. Fortunately I dont mind x country and I attend Opti Minds during the athletics one, so the only one I have to get out of is the swimming carnival.
I havent heard Ugly yet, I dont think that i will like it, Oh well.

I heard about Michael’s brush with the tennis net. I’m sorry but… ha ha ha!!
Why on earth were you trying to jump the net anyway? Someone did that in PE and almost landed on his face (he got hi shands out just in time) and we all thought he was going to be all mutilated.
Random story, but there you go.
Anyway Michael, I think it’s probably better that you’re knitting scarfs at Spotlight for sport instead of playing tennis.

hey laura well ok so i have no idea why i decided to jump the net but i thought it would be fun and it was up untill the part where i stacked it. But hey i am all ok now and although i must admit that kniting scarfs is alot safer but sewing buttons on your own “home made” shirt well now that is a different story, see the actuall trick involved in sewing is NOT TO PRICK YOURSELF WITH THE NEEDLE!!! and of coure that is the part i have yet to master but i will get there eventualy. Ok well um oh yeah i was amost about to finnish but i just thought of something else to add. Have you heard the new song by Kate DeAraguo or what ever her name is (she is the australian idol) anyway the name of the song is called ‘faded’ and it is really good and totally rocks
