Hello

To continue on from my last post, I have now seen the six hour BBC adaptation of Pride and Prejudice. It was very good. Mum and I had a ‘girls weekend’ cause my brothers and Dad went away camping at Mt Warning. Unfortunately it rained so they came home a day early, but at least we saw the whole film. It was quite an effort, we’ve decided, watching the whole thing in one day.

Nothing much has been going on lately. I’ve swam lots, and had a friend to stay the night. That was fun. We went down to the Supre warehouse. It’s a gigantic factory outlet type thing, with all the end of season clothes. Only thing is, you have to go through so many bad or miniscule clothes to get to anything nice that actually fits, so it does take a while. I got two nice tops, for $5 each. I’m wearing one now and it’s really cool (weather wise).

I can’t believe next week is the last week of the summer holidays. It’s truly tragic. I still need to get books, pens, shoes (I don’t have any black ones) and my fees done. I think it’s my mums way of showing affection, cause both my brothers have all their stuff. I’m in year 10. Double digits. Yay. Can’t wait.

I wonder if any of my classes will be air- conned? I have Home Ec, so that will be, at least on the days that we’re cooking. WHY DIDN’T I CHOSE TO BE IN AIR CONDITIONED COMPUTER ROOMS IN THE HOT MONTHS???? I am an idiot.
